💗 You’re not crazy. You’re just carrying a lot.
Anxiety can feel like a heavy fog: clouding your thoughts, tightening your chest, and making peace feel out of reach. But just because your mind is racing doesn’t mean you’re broken. It means you’re human and God meets you in that.
“Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything, by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God.” — Philippians 4:6
God doesn’t shame you for worrying. He gently says, “Come talk to Me about it.”
💐 Let yourself exhale
You don’t have to have it all figured out. God’s not waiting for you to calm down before He listens; He’s sitting with you in the storm, offering steady love and deep breath peace.
“When I am afraid, I put my trust in You.” — Psalm 56:3
Even your smallest breaths of surrender matter. You’re allowed to be a work in progress held by a God who never changes.
🌷 Pray the anxious thoughts
God can handle your spirals, your racing mind, and your what-ifs. You don’t have to come with a polished prayer. You can come with this:
“Lord, I don’t know how to quiet this.”
“God, I feel out of control.”
“Please calm my heart.”
Even the shaky prayers are strong when you hand them to the One who holds the universe.
💌 You’re not too much. You’re not alone!
You don’t have to hide your anxious heart from the One who created it. He made you. He knows your brain chemistry, your trauma, your story and He still calls you beloved.
“Cast all your anxiety on Him because He cares for you.” — 1 Peter 5:7
