A Devotional for the Girl Who is Facing Spiritual Warfare

💗 Spiritual warfare can feel invisible but overwhelming

When you’re walking through it, you may feel constant resistance, battles in your mind, pressure in your spirit, and setbacks that make no sense. It can feel like the enemy is whispering lies louder than God’s truth, leaving you weary and discouraged.

“For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms.” — Ephesians 6:12

The truth is, if you’re facing spiritual warfare, it’s not because you’re weak. It is because you are a threat. The enemy attacks what he fears. But God has already given you everything you need to stand firm and walk in victory.

💐 Spiritual warfare is not a sign of abandonment

It’s easy to believe that if life is hard, God must be far away. Scripture promises the opposite. The battle proves you are not forgotten. The enemy would not fight you if you were not walking in purpose.

“Do not be afraid of them; the Lord your God himself will fight for you.” — Deuteronomy 3:22

God has not left you defenseless. He is present in your struggle, equipping you with His Word, His Spirit, and His promises.

🌷 God gives you armor for the battle

You do not have to fight with your own strength. In Ephesians 6, Paul reminds us to put on the full armor of God: truth, righteousness, peace, faith, salvation, and the Word of God. These are not abstract ideas, they are spiritual weapons.

When fear rises, you stand in faith.
When lies whisper, you speak truth.
When chaos surrounds you, you cling to peace.

“No weapon formed against you shall prosper.” — Isaiah 54:17

The armor of God is not about avoiding battle. It is about standing strong through it.
