💗 When you feel called but not enough
Maybe God has placed something on your heart that feels bigger than you. A dream, a direction, a purpose that scares you a little. You want to say yes, but all you can see are the reasons you feel unprepared.
It’s easy to wonder why God would choose you when others seem more confident or capable. But God has never chosen people based on qualifications. He chooses the willing, not the perfect. He calls those who trust Him more than they trust their own abilities.
“God is able to make all grace abound to you, so that in all things at all times, having all that you need, you will abound in every good work.” — 2 Corinthians 9:8
God is not waiting for you to feel ready. He is waiting for you to believe He can work through you.
💐 God equips the ones who say yes
You may not feel experienced enough or strong enough, but God supplies what you lack. The courage comes as you move. The wisdom grows as you walk. The strength meets you on the way.
Every person God used in Scripture felt unqualified at first. Moses said he couldn’t speak well. Jeremiah said he was too young. Gideon said he was too weak. But when they stepped forward, God filled every gap.
“The Lord Himself goes before you and will be with you. He will never leave you nor forsake you.” — Deuteronomy 31:8
If He called you to it, He already made a way for you to walk it out.
🌷 Your weakness is where God shines
You don’t need a perfect résumé for God to use you. He is not limited by your insecurity, your past, or your fears. The places where you feel unsure are the places where His power becomes the clearest.
Your weakness is not a reason to step back. It is a reminder that you never walk alone.
“My grace is sufficient for you, for My power is made perfect in weakness.” — 2 Corinthians 12:9
What you see as a limitation is often the very place God shows His strength.
💌 Let this be your reminder:
You don’t have to feel qualified to be chosen.
You don’t have to have every skill to begin.
You don’t have to be the strongest one in the room for God to work through you.
If He put the calling in your heart, He already placed the strength in your future.
💖 Before you go…
Here’s your gentle reminder:
🌸 God is not looking for perfection. He is looking for your yes.
🌸 Feeling unqualified does not mean you are unprepared.
🌸 God equips the girl who shows up with faith.
